VoiceBrain ("the Service") is a voice-to-tasks productivity tool that records audio memos, transcribes them with AI, extracts structured items (tasks, ideas, events, notes), and optionally sends them to third-party tools you connect.
The Service is operated by Total-Mat Consulting SRL, registered in Romania ("we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at luciansecara@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a plan you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms in addition to ours.
Consumers in the EU/EEA have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from purchase. By starting to use the Service (recording or transcribing your first memo) you explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the Service has been fully performed.
Outside that statutory window we evaluate refund requests case-by-case at luciansecara@gmail.com.
You agree not to:
You own your voice memos, transcripts, and extracted items. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the Service for you (storage, transcription, extraction, delivery to the integrations you choose). We do not use your content to train AI models.
When you connect Todoist, Google Calendar, Notion, or any other integration we may add, you authorize us to send only the items you explicitly choose to send. Each integration is governed by the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.
The Service is provided "as is". AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, or surprising — always verify anything important before acting on it. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Statutory consumer rights in the EU/EEA are not affected by this section.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing luciansecara@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania, except where EU consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email to active users. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the new Terms.
